Our basic approach to worship is call and response. God calls and we respond to Him. The responses can be outlined with the acronym ACTS: acclamation, confession, teaching, supplication.

During the service, we have multiple Scripture readings because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. During the service, each of the elements of ACTS is emphasized. Acclamation is praising God for what He has done, is doing, and will do in our lives. Confession is offered because although we are redeemed, we still fall short and acknowledge that we individually are continually in need of God’s forgiveness. Teaching is to further enlighten us in understanding and walking daily with our Lord. Supplication is bringing our needs and desires before our heavenly Father and interceding on behalf of others.
